Template Files

Authors are invited to submit individual contributions via the online submission system.
Both, submissions of abstracts and final contributions, should be electronic and can be done via the conference website.
Pre-registration does not compel contributors to pay any fees until their paper(s) are accepted.
An author is requested to submit first an abstract of the paper, which will be peer reviewed. If the abstract is accepted, then the final contribution may be submitted.

Please follow the instructions given in the templates carefully.

Abstract Templates

Prepare a one-page abstract according to the instructions given in the word template file:

The deadline for uploading the one-page abstract is October 29th, 2012. Once you have submitted an abstract, you will receive the acceptance or not of your contribution, by e-mail. Only ONE contributed paper will be allowed for each participant. If you wish to submit more than one paper, you must pre-register a co-author.

Final Contribution Templates

All authors who received via email a notification of acceptance of their abstract are invited to submit online the corresponding Final Contribution. There is no limitation regarding the number of pages of the final contribution. Nevertheless, only full papers with 6 pages or more (including figures, tables and references) will be indexed in SCOPUS. Each Final Contribution should be written following the LaTeX or MS Word templates that can be found below. The file has to be translated to Portable Document Format (pdf) before submission. Authors must upload the pdf file, correctly formatted, on the conference website. The maximum size of the uploaded pdf file is 10 MB. The deadline for uploading the final contribution is February 28th, 2013.

The organizers do not commit themselves to include in the Proceedings any paper received later than this deadline. At least one of the authors must register and pay his/her registration for their paper to be included in the Final Program of the Conference.
